Death by Bodyweight
This is an EMOM using a running clock:
Perform the following until you cannot complete the number of reps within the minute:
2 Push-Ups – add 2 every minute (2, 4, 6, 8…etc.)
Then once you miss continue on the next minute:
2 Air Squats – add 2 every minute (2, 4, 6, 8…etc.)
Then once you miss continue on the next minute:
2 Burpees – add 2 every minute (2, 4, 6, 8…etc.)
Score it TOTAL reps and time completed.
