For Quality:
100 Pistols
50 on each leg
After the first 10 reps perform 3 HSPU
After 20 reps perform 1 Bar Muscle-Up (or 3 attempts)
Continue alternating movements until you’ve done 100 pistols, 15 HSPU and 5 Bar Muscle-Ups
**if you do not have a bar muscle up then perform 2 CTB Pull-Ups and 2 Ring Push-ups per bar muscle up
