60 Calorie Row, 60 Ab Mat Sit-ups w/ Med Ball (20/14)
50 Calorie Row, 50 OH Lunges (45/25)
40 Calorie Row, 40 Burpees
30 Calorie Row, 30 Pull-Ups
20 Calorie Row, 200 Meter Run

Each of you must complete both movements before moving on to the next round.
