Time to burn a few Christmas calories!!
With a partner:
A) Row as fast and as close to 1000m as possible – you MUST SWITCH at least once
Whatever the roll-over ABOVE 1000m = laps around building with your partner (yes, we’re running!)
B) Row as fast and as close to 1000m as possible – you MUST SWITCH at least once
Whatever the roll-over ABOVE 1000m = DU’s x 10 (or SU’s x 3 x 10) *each*
C) Row as fast and as close to 1000m as possible – you MUST SWITCH at least once
