Start with 1 rep per arm and continue until you cannot complete the work in the minute.
So you’ll do 2 reps (R/L) in the first minute, then 4 reps (2R/2L) the second minute, etc..

Finish by accumulating 6 minutes in a front plank (however many “sets” it takes you!).
