Perform the following, in sequence, as fast as possible:
500m row
5 Hang cleans @ 105/65
5 Jerks @ 105/65
5 Back Squats @ 105/65
In the following rounds, reduce everything by 1 (so 400m Row, 4 reps of each movement, etc) until you finish with 1 of everything.

You and your partner will work together – partner 1 starts the row, partner 2 begins the row as partner 1 performs the lifts.

Each partner MUST PERFORM THE ENTIRE WOD. The score is your Team’s TOTAL TIME.

There will be two heats – 6 teams in each heat.
