20 Minute running clock:
Complete the following block:
Hang Power Clean + Front Squat
Return bar to floor and:
Hang Squat Clean + Split Jerk
After each “block” perform 5 jump squat burpees as fast as possible
Rest 90 seconds
Repeat as many times as possible in 20 minutes
