Accumulate 3 minutes in an L Sit using the rings
Every time you break perform 10 RDLs 115/75
*if you cannot perform an L Sit in the rings:
Option 1: Use 2 parallettes
Option 2: Use 2 30″ boxes and work on the L Sit
Option 3: accumulate 3 minutes lock-out in the rings
